Due to COVID-19 supply shortages and postal delays – I am careful to only list items as the supplies are delivered to me. I will not be allowing pre or back-orders at this time (don’t you just hate those shops that take your coins and make you wait 8 weeks?) ! Thanks for being understanding + keeping this hobby fun for me.

All orders ship via USPS Priority and should normally arrive in 2-3 business days for domestic orders, however, the postal service is experiencing extreme delays. If you receive a “your item will be arriving late” notice when checking tracking numbers, this is currently normal and usually clears up within 2-3 days, but has taken as long as 2 weeks. Hopefully, these delays will lessen since the primary holidays have passed, but we wanted to keep you in the loop!

You will receive an e-mail with tracking number once your order label is created. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to begin updating.

*Some areas are still experiencing postal delays due to COVID-19. Please be patient with our hard-working postal workers. You can use your tracking number to reach out if you experience extreme delays. We’ll keep an eye on the movement of all orders, and reach out if your order has been stalled for more than 2-3 weeks.

Due to high-demand and limited stock, as well as ensuring proper shipping supplies – ordering of more than 8 lbs (about 8 candles, or less if mixed with something like boxes) is currently unavailable. At checkout these orders may show up as “not available” to ship to your address.

In upcoming months we look forward to enabling larger orders with bulk discounts.

We now ship to Canada and the United Kingom.

International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs, and Lindsey Created, unfortunately, has no control over this – but we’re happy to assist in any inquiries if needed.

We will continue to explore the most reasonable shipping options available and improve on them as we can.

At Lindsey Created, each candle is hand-poured in small batches and each vintage item is hand-picked and inspected – both to ensure the quality you deserve.

Due to COVID we have temporarily paused any returns or exchanges and all sales are currently final. USPS prefers all lost item / damage claims be handled here by the customer directly. However, please contact us if you have any issues and we’ll do our best to make things right.
