How long until my order is shipped?
Please allow 2-7 business days (M-F) for your order to be processed and packed with love and affirmations.
Orders are shipped out on a rolling basis as they're ready and you will receive a notification via e-mail when it's on the way!
The candle I want is out of stock. When will it restock?
No worries - there will be plenty more. I'll be restocking on a consistent basis - as they're made and available. Sign up for the lit list for general store updates and announcements or sign up for restock notifications on the item page and if everyone beats you to it - sign up again or just check back soon!
Due to COVID-19 supply shortages and postal delays - I am careful to only list items as the supplies are delivered to me. I will not be allowing pre or back-orders at this time (don't you just hate those shops that take your coins and make you wait 8 weeks?) ! Thanks for being understanding + keeping this hobby fun for me.
How long will shipping take?
All candle orders ship via USPS Priority and should normally arrive in 2-3 business days for domestic orders.
You will receive an e-mail with tracking number once your order label is created. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to begin updating.
*Some areas are still experiencing postal delays due to COVID-19. Please be patient with our hard-working postal workers. You can use your tracking number to reach out if you experience extreme delays. We'll keep an eye on the movement of all orders, and reach out if your order has been stalled for more than 2-3 weeks.

Due to high-demand and limited stock, as well as ensuring proper shipping supplies - ordering of more than 8 lbs (about 8 candles, or less if mixed with something like boxes) is currently unavailable. At checkout these orders may show up as "not available" to ship to your address.
In upcoming months we look forward to enabling larger orders with bulk discounts.
Do you ship internationally?
We now ship to Canada and the United Kingom!
International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs, and Lindsey Created, unfortunately, has no control over this - but we're happy to assist in any inquiries if needed.
We will continue to explore the most reasonable shipping options available and improve on them as we can.
What's your policy on returns / refunds?
At Lindsey Created, each candle is hand-poured in small batches to ensure the quality you deserve.
Due to the nature of our items, all sales are currently final. USPS prefers all lost item / damage claims be handled here by the customer directly. However, please contact us if you have any issues and we'll do our best to make things right.
